He is survived by: his wife Rita Cisco Allen; his daughter Tracy Allen Ivester (Nick); his grandsons, Nathan B. Carter and Seth J. Carter; his siblings, Pamela K. Allen, Jerry Allen (Connie) and Terry W. Allen (Rachel); his sister-in-law Lisa C. Scott (Phillip); his nieces, Angela New, Sheila Tinkham and Karen Gaskins; his cousins, Randall Cox, Alice Harmon and Wynona White; and his son-in-law Brandon Carter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Holly Lawn Cemetery (1525 N Main St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
