We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2024, at the age of 78, Gary Paul Chaney of Suffolk, Virginia, born in New London, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Bradford Chaney and Katharine Lear Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Chaney; his children, Justin, Nathan, Jenna and Neil Chaney; his grandchildren, Patrick, Hayden, Bentley, Jarrad Jr., Scarlett and Clyde; and his brothers, Brad and Ronnie Chaney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
