He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Budd Herto and Mary Ruth Bumgardner Herto; and his brother Dennis Dale Herto. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Wagner Herto; his children, Jeri Lyn Yarnell, Alan Lee Herto (Joan) and Richard K. Herto (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Michele Gelbaugh, Jennifer Martin, Kristen Herto and Adam Herto; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Bryant, Jonathan Hayes and Jeremiah Martin. He is also survived by Pappy to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
