He is survived by: his parent Martha Harris Babb; his sons-in-law, Carolyn White, Earl White, Lisa Pope and Todd Pope; his son Frank Babb, Jr.; and his siblings, Jean Simpkins, Ralph Babb and John Babb. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
