He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Allen and Mamie Gundy Walker; and his son Charles Lee. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Eric (Kera), Gregory (Rowena), Tricia (Robert, Jr.), Oscar (Sara) and Jason; his grandchildren, Robert III, Jaya, David, Allysa, Ava, Kiley and Yoenny; and his siblings, Gloria (Johnnie), Brenda (Pius), Valorie (Michael), Barney (Darlene), Duane and Saundra (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ronald C. Perkins Funeral Home (251 W Queen St, Hampton, VA 23669). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen Street Worship Center (98 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
