She is survived by: her children, Luther Watson Milteer, Jr. of Suffolk, Michael Milteer (Sherry) of Suffolk, Gail Milteer, Louvenia Milteer (Shelton Smith), Letitia Milteer of Suffolk and Lisa Milteer of Wyncote, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Denise Milteer, Brittany Raikes (Ben), Evangelist Linda Brown (Minister Antonio) and Serena Brittingham; her great grandchildren, Armani Milteer, Jamie Wright (Jaylen), Nickalas Cole, Destinee Williams (Harold), Dejanee Margason (Andrew) and Jamarea Lowery; her great great grandchild Alaya Wright; her sister Louvenia White; her sister-in-law Sarah Milteer; her sons, Bishop Kevin R. White, Gordon Dacosta, Evangelist Willie Riddick and Raiquan Dildy; her niece Betty Brooks; and her close friends, Hurley Lloyd and Velma Vincent. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
