She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Y. Hayes and Pauline K. Lanier; her husband John G. Poe; and her siblings, Kathryn A. Roddenberry, Shelby Spain, Robert Lanier and Gary Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Huffman (Michael), John W. Poe (Nguyet), Sharon Spain (Charles) and Barbara Silva (Tony); and her sisters, Carolyn Clowers (Wayne), Betty Harold (David), Vicky Lanier and Judy Barbarian. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
