C; his grandchildren, Estrella Hart, Clarence Hart, Sabrea Ralph, Jasmine Figgs, Deja Ralph, Evan Meggison-Ralph, Marquis Nowell, Jr., Maniya Smith and Antonio Smith; his siblings, Rose Bryant (Tyrone) of Sedley, VA, Beatrice Ash (Clarence Jr.) of Suffolk, VA and Elmer Milteer, Jr. (Towanda) of Maryland; his aunt Carolyn Rose-Richardson; his uncle William H. Rose; his niece Ebony Ash-Watford of Suffolk, Virginia; his nephew Clarence W. Ash III; and his close friends, Alvin T. Wiggins (Road Dog) and Chip Buck of Franklin, VA.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other friends and family.
