He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Herbert Harrell, Sr. and Charlotte Mae Crosswhite Harrell; and his niece Krista Eddy Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Anne Lee Goodwin Harrell; his children, Laura Anne Tiller, Jeffrey Wayne Harrell (Gus Braga Harrell) and Thomas Christopher Harrell (Jennifer Amanda Harrell); his grandchildren, Alex Harrell, Drew Harrell and Olivia Tiller; his brother Samuel "Sam" Thomas Harrell (Linda); his brother-in-law Claude Goodwin (Carol Starmack); his nieces and nephews, Hill Goodwin, Russell Harrell and Tim Harrell; and his adoptive daughter Amber Patterson Lewis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434).
