She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson and Pearl Jackson of Gates County, NC.; her husband William F. Duplissey; and her siblings, Ann Farless, Fred Jackson and Thomas Jackson Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Morris (Bert) of Suffolk and Bonnie Maki (Brain) of Suffolk; her brother Phil Jackson of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Kelly Clinton (Jeremy) and Kimbelry Hurley (Steven); her great grandchildren, Makenzie Clinton, Jackson Clinton, Caroline Hurley and Robert Hurley; and her caregivers, Jody Brown, Samantha Johnson and Etienne Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethlehem Christian Church (1549 Holland Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434). Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Horton Wreath Society at the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran's Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk VA 23434.
