She was predeceased by: her parents, Ryland Barrett and Luvenia Barrett; and her son Norris Evans. She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Walker, Morris Evans (Veronica) and Thomas Evans; and her sister Lula Holland. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (224 S Main St, Franklin, VA 23851). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel Grove United Christian Church (7366 W Blackwater Rd, Windsor, VA 23487).
