He is survived by: his parents, William Dale Steele and Rosemarie Chucci Buffkin; his wife Dulce; his sons, Bryce and Joaquim; and his grandchildren, Adalynn and Caetana.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the R. W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory (509 W Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Crematory (509 W Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
