He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Ruby Moody and Jack Hulda Kelly; his wife Virginia Baker Kelly; and his siblings, Hulda Knight, Faye Goddin, Dorothy Parr, John Kelly, Frank Kelly, Sr. and Buck.
He is survived by: his children, Clyde "Bucky" Eugene Kelly, Jr. (Linda), Cathy Kelly (Jeff) of Virginia, Jack Vaughan Kelly (Teresa) and Timothy Shawn Kelly; his grandchildren, Kelly Gaiotti (Rob), Andrew Long (Corie), Brandon Kelly (Anne), Lindsay Lorson (Ryan), Allen Kelly (Alyssa), Robert Kelly, Jessica K. Savage (Trent) and Kathleen O'Berry; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Eli, Reagan, Brecklyn, Emma, Parker, Sydney, Ezekiel, Vera, Ethan Savage, Tristen and Lucas; and his sister Betty Jean Odom. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
