He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lynne Osborne Shotton; and his parents, Charles Harry and Reba Snyder Shotton. He is survived by: his children, Charles Thomas Shotton, Jr. (Linda Correll Shotton) of Leesburg and Cynthia Lynne Shotton Garner (Mark) of Oakwood, Ohio; his grandchildren, Graham Kittrell Garner, Lillian Gayhardt Garner, Charles Randolph Shotton, William Worth Shotton and Annabelle Claire Shotton; and his brother Douglas R. Shotton of Suffolk. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
