He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kaye Witt McGinley; his children, Teresa Davis (John) and Eric McGinley; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ethan and Gracelynn; his sister Carlye McGinley (Dottie); his half-siblings, Annette Litzelman and Larry "Bubba" McGinley; and his pet Munchkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
