With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Cecil Hinkle of Suffolk, Virginia, born in Raysal, West Virginia, who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hinkle and Okie Hinkle; and his brothers, Hubert Hinkle, Herbert Hinkle and Frank Hinkle.

He is survived by: his wife Moselle Matney Hinkle; his daughters, Connie Fisher of Montpelier, Karen Pallone (Bob) of King George and Valerie Taylor (David) of Suffolk, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Carl Fisher of Richmond, Laura Seay (Josh) of Mineral, Austin Pallone (Kim) of Fort Myers, Morgan Pallone of King George, Toni Pearce (Jonathan), Cindy Pallone of Raleigh, Reagan, Zachary and Madison Taylor of Suffolk, Virginia.; and his siblings, Alma Bragg (John) of Newark, Joyce Blankenship (Richard) of Richlands and Larry Hinkle of Richlands, Virginia.. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
