He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyn Jean Rowley and Bryant Kent Rowley, Sr.; and his son Will Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Vera Rowley; his daughter Renatta Parinas; his stepsons, Victor Hunter (Gail) and John Hunter (Marie); and his sister Jean Flack (Rick). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
