She is survived by: her husband George Thomas Wiggins of Suffolk, Virginia.; her sons, Richard Artis (Sondra), Morris Artis (Gwen) and Norris Artis (Shirley); her grandchildren, Treviyon, Teron, Joshua, Jeremiah, Tyler, Shirnora and Stephanie; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Riddick, Sylvia Wiggins, Mary Wiggins, Dorothy Wiggins, Sheryl Wiggins and Clifton Wiggins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
