He is survived by: his children, Wanda Fulgham of Suffolk, Jeanette Ingram of Norfolk, Kartisa Woodley of Georgia, Bennon Fulgham, Jr. of Suffolk and James Fulgham (Tionna) of Suffolk; and his siblings, Pernell Fulgham of New York, Thomas Fulgham of Blackstone Va and Annie-Mae Paul (James). He is also survived by 6 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren.
