She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille S. Gwaltney and Robert F. Gwaltney; and her daughter Vicki Outlaw. She is survived by: her husband Louis Ervan Outlaw; her children, Susan Bauswell (Mike) of Suffolk, Mark Outlaw (Tracy) of Greenville, WI and Patty Outlaw of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Adam Outlaw (Courtney), Victor Outlaw (Megan), Chase Bauswell (Mary) and Whitney Bauswell; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Outlaw, Carter Outlaw, Violet Outlaw and Reilly Rhae Bauswell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
