She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Blythe and Iola Blythe; and her husband Bennie Duck. She is survived by: her sons, David L. Duck (Deborah) of Gatesville, NC and Glenn A Duck (Allison) of Suffolk, VA; her grandchildren, Amanda Turner (Adam), Laura Jenkins (Joshua), Megan Duck (Kendal), Lindsey Darden (Ryan) and Ben Duck; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Beau Turner, Wyatt and Ruby Jenkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and very dear friends.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and suggest, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to South Quay Baptist Church.
