He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Koerner and Betty Evans Koerner; his brother Jesse J Evans Ill; and his brother-in-law Steven Oster. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his son John; his brothers, Robert Evans (Pam), Craig Evans (Denyse) and Pen Argyl; his daughter Heather Williams; his grandson Gavin; and his friends, N. J. and Virginia.
