It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue Anne Gitchell of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, born in Burr Oak, Michigan, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clesson Dale and Hazel Janice Godden; her husband Leonard G. Gitchell, Sr.; and her brother Clesson Dale "Bud" Godden, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Gregory Gitchell, II (Melissa Lynn Morris) and Jennifer Anne Rusmisel (Justin Allen Rusmisel) of Staunton; her grandchildren, Jarrett Francis, Arielle Gitchell, Sierra Case (Gitchell), Gregory Camden, Jackson Rusmisel and Taden Rusmisel; and her siblings, Lois Mullet of Tennessee and Mathew Godden of Illinois. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
