He was predeceased by: his parents, William Worth Campbell and Mary Jean Jenkins Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Dot Painter Campbell; his children, Chad Campbell of Arizona, Gina Neilson of Missouri and Many Senger of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Steve Campbell of California, Gary Campbell of Missouri, Sharon Martin of Kansas and Kim Savedo of Kansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
