He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Virginia (Harris) and Claude Everette Raynes; and his pets, Marley and Sadie. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Sally" Raines; his daughters, Amanda Sheets (Patrick) of Mt. Sidney, Amber McDaniel (Steven) of Charlottesville and Amy Raines of Grottoes; his brother Michael "Steve" Raines (Kathy) of Grottoes; his sisters-in-law, Hazel Simmons, Deloris Eutsler (Dennis) and Linda Fitzgerald; his stepsons, Willie and Leo; his grandchildren, Adrienne, Autumn, Ashley, Allison, Anna, Nicholas, Kholton and Rena; his niece Kimberly Eutsler (Bobby); and his close friends, Roger Bartley, Barry Rhoney and Gary Coiner. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; numerous aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews.
