He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Esther, Carmen Orosco and Maria Elisa Lopez. He is survived by: his father Pablo; his daughter Sienna Raelynn Aguirre; the father of his child Logan Aguirre; his siblings, Cecelia Aguirre (Jason Wells), Juan Aguirre (Latany), Steven Aguirre, Jesus Rodriguez, Jr. and Angel Diego Rodgriguez; and his grandfather Pablo Aguirre Torres. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
