We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2018, at the age of 70, Nina L. Desper (Stuarts Draft, Virginia), born in New Market, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn H. Estep; and her brother Jerry H. Estep. She is survived by: her husband Cecil E. Desper of Stuarts Draft; her father Ashby Estep; and her siblings, Robert Estep (Judy) and Janet Duncan (Junior). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and 10 great nieces and nephews.
