It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Naomi Ruth Halterman of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, born in Lost Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Roscoe and Ruth Curry (Dodril); and her siblings, Luther Roscoe Curry Jr., William Curry, David Curry, Eleanor Franklin and Mary Elizabeth Venettozzi.
She is survived by: her husband Hubert Morton Halterman; her children, Terry Persinger (Clifford Jr.) of Clifton Forge and Stephen D. Halterman of Stuarts Draft; and her grandchildren, Sarah Charles, Stephen "Lucas" Colley, Elizabeth Halterman, William "Chase" Halterman, Brandy Harold, Lacey Johnson and Lindsay Brown. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
