With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Roger Redmond (Stuarts Draft, Virginia), born in Rockaway, New Jersey, who passed away on May 1, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Redmond and Pearl Palmer Redmond. He is survived by: his brother Ross; his wife Marilou McEwen Redmond; his children, Carole Smith (Todd Johnson) of Staunton, Bob Turbeville (Linette) of Charleston and Rick Turbeville (Debbie) of Waynesboro; and his grandchildren, Lucas Smith, Bonnie Nobitz, Erica Osborne, Jason Smith, Patricia Zawhorodny and Daniel Scott. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
