She was predeceased by: her spouse Kay Dennis Smith of Stuarts Draft; and her parents, Kathleen O'Regan (Young) and Dennis O'Regan. She is survived by: her children, Carroll Matthew Smith of Connecticut, Rebecca Smith-Allen (David Allen) of New Hampshire, Beth-Ann Collett (Smith) of Connecticut and Caroline Cooke (Jon) of Connecticut; and her grandchildren, William Allen, Lexington Allen, Carys Collett and Samuel Cooke.
