He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet V. Kerby and Hazel Kerby (Livick); his former wife Charlene S. Kerby; his son Mark S. Kerby; and his siblings, Wayne M. Kerby, Inez Burns, Opal Craig and Sue Wright.
He is survived by: his grandson Justin M. Kerby; his daughter Luna; his wife Brittany; his daughter Charlotte; his daughter-in-law Gina K. Henderson (Jeff) of Stuarts Draft; and his siblings, Emmet "Sonny" Kerby (Helen) and Elizabeth Graves of Waynesboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
