He is survived by: his wife Rhea Howe (Ball); his children, Kenny R. Howe (Barbara) of Barton, MD, Beverly Bean (Gary) of Keyser, Doug Howe (Stephanie) of Barton, MD, Robert L. Bolton, Jr. of Barboursville and Regina Hose (James) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Nikki Moreau, Jacob Howe, Tiffany Buskirk, Chelsea Howe, Samantha Trenum, David O'Brien, Janel Hunsaker, Paul O'Brien, Robert Bolton, III, Nathan Bolton and Noah Bolton; and his brothers, David Howe (Norma) of Bedford, PA and Don Howe (Debbie) of Belmont, NC.. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
