It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Angelia Wade of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, born in Lexington, Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Wade and Dorothy Potter; her stepfather Freddie Potter; and her sister Hope Wade. She is survived by: her partner Lee Myers of Stuarts Draft; her daughter Chessie Lyle (Nick) of Stuarts Draft; her grandchild Phoenix Lyle; her sister Shirley Coffey (Donnie) of Waynesboro; her nephew Dylan Coffey of Waynesboro; her sister Terry Stinespring; and her pet Zoe.

Memorial donations may be made in Joy's memory to Spay/Neuter INC Animal Rescue, 434 Dooms Crossing Rd., Waynesboro, VA 22980.
