He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi L. Fox and Lula Belle Fisher Fox; his brother Danny Levi Fox; and his niece Stacy MacLeod. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tinsley Fox; his children, Kimberly Joy Fox of Stuarts Draft and Kirk Justin Fox of Stuarts Draft; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Seth, Cody, Holly, Sara and Synnova.
