He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Uriah Mullinex and Dorothy Pauline Conklin; and his foster parents, Kay Hanko and Al La Hanko. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Mullinex; his children, Shawn Patrick Mullinex, Nathan John Mullinex, James Philip Ilsley and Lisa Marie Dinsmore; and his siblings, Wilbur Conklin, John Elihu Mullinex, Nancy Bathrich, Tom Mullinex, Jojo Musto and Joslyn Shipman Minister. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
