He is survived by: his wife Dolly Mae Barlow of Stuarts Draft; his children, Randolph A. Barlow of Fredericksburg, Jeffrey L. Barlow of Stuarts Draft and Sandra M.; his son-in-law James Powell of Staunton; his siblings, Leon (Betty Barlow), Tom (Rita Barlow), Ted (Joyce Barlow) and Barbara; and his brother-in-law Ike Collins. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
