He was predeceased by: his parents, John Myers and Kathryn Myers; and his wife Flossie Myers. He is survived by: his daughters, Glenna Hale (Bill) and Terrie Snyder (Denny); his grandchildren, Chase Hale (Ada), Tara Snyder, Nathan Hale (Charity) and Krista Hailey (Junior); his great grandchildren, Makiah Bannan, Taryn Barrett, Taylor Barrett, Jay Johnson, Jakai Johnson, Charlie Hale, Stella Hale, Kaleb Blackwell, Mason Hale, Eliza Hale, Maddox Hale, Mallory Hale, Ayden Hailey and Alexa Hailey; and his great great grandchildren, Charlee Bannan, Kristian Bannan and Jaxson Bannan.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (500 S Wayne Ave, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
