He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hartsook of Stuarts Draft; his sons, Matt Hartsook (Heather) and Ryan Hartsook (Lisa); his grandchildren, Hannah Schmucker, Alex Hartsook and Ethan Hartsook; his sister-in-law Darlene Yeago; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Yeago, Ashley Brown and Jordan Long; and his siblings, John "Bobby" Hartsook (Susan), Lyle Hartsook, Sr. (Judy), James Hartsook (Jeannette), William Hartsook (Robin), Betty Lou Howdyshell and Hope Fitzgerald.
