Patterson, Lucille P. Morris, Norman E. Patterson and Edward L. Patterson; and her parents-in-law, Edward H. Gardner, Luther A. Glass, Ida C. Patterson, Russell R. "Bunny" Deane, James E. Maxey and Ernest Rodgers.
She is survived by: her children, Steven D. Oakes (Shelly Walker) of Charlottesville and Kathy O. Zimmerman (Timothy R. Zimmerman) of Great Falls, Virginia; her grandchildren, Alyssa C. Oakes of Charlottesville, Matthew W. Zimmerman of Great Falls and Laura C. Zimmerman of Great Falls; her parents-in-law, Elizabeth Goodman (Tommy E. Goodman) of Charlottesville, Earl E. Morris of Charlottesville, Phyllis M. Deane of Locust Grove, Virginia, Randolph Patterson of Bedford, Virginia, Hazel Maxey of Charlottesville, Hilton Patterson (Carolyn S. Patterson) of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, Jane E. Pitts (Stuart T. Pitts) of Stuarts Draft, Virginia and Joyce M. Rodgers of Stuarts Draft; and her daughter Polly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
