He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene M. "Hoot" Allen and Ethel Allen; his siblings, Dennis Allen, Glenn Allen, Louise Fitzgerald and Verna Daughtery; his son Randy Allen; and his son-in-law Wendell Halterman.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Allen; and his children, Patricia Halterman of Crimora, Dorinda Rosen (Scott) of Verona and E. Marcus (Sherri) of Waynesboro.
