We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2018, at the age of 85, Dolly Rines (Stuarts Draft, Virginia), born in Treadway, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Rines; her parents, Mack Winstead and Laura Wolfe Winstead; her daughter-in-law Vicky Rines; her great grandchildren, Arya Lamma and Evelyn Miller; her siblings, Trubie Farmer (Connie), Shirley Bragg, Esco Winstead (Faye), Lon Winstead (Martha), Ray Winstead and Buford Winstead (Louise); her brother-in-law Glenn Collins; and also, Charlie Rines, Grace Workman Rines, Beverly Fronsman (Charles), Josephine, Brinkley and Charlie Rader.
She is survived by: her grandmother Dolly Jane Rines (Dot) of Stuarts Draft; her children, Jeanie Surratt (Sam), Camellia Vail (Mark), Doug Rines and Richard Rines (Lisa); her grandchildren, Steve Surratt, Jack Surratt (Jenny), Scott McNorton, Andy McNorton (Jessica Marshall), April O'Baugh (Chris), Mandy Johnson (Kevin) and Michael Lamma (Angela); her great grandchildren, Alexis Lamma, Shyann Cannon, Peyton, Lane, Bryce, Landon McNorton, Kaileigh Marshall, Hunter, Ayden and Brantley Johnson; her sister Ann Collins; her sisters-in-law, Edna Killion, Leona McGuire and Delores Winstead; and her brothers, Tex Winstead (Molly) and George Winstead (Ruby).
