He is survived by: his son David Z. Mize, Jr. (Kim); his granddaughter Kellie; his caregiver Debbie Mize; his nieces and nephews, Lynn Anderson and Jeremy Hillsworth; and his friends, Jackie Bingler, Charlotte and Dustin Painter.
