He was predeceased by: his parent John William. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Rankin Harper; his wife Sandra Coffey Harper; his daughters, Jill Hatter (Benny) and Amy Harper; his sister Kathryn Glover (James); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Jr., Austin Hatter, Hannah, Samuel, Wesley and Michael Wolff.
