He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence Fleshman, Mabel Fleshman, Richard Carter and Lottie Carter; his uncle Gerald Carter; his aunt Robert Fleshman; his brother-in-law Franklin Kiser; and also, Ellen Fleshman, Violet Taylor and Richard Carter II.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Fleshman and Erlene Fleshman; his son Wesley Fleshman (Alyssa Roberts); his granddaughter Leaunna Fleshman; his sisters, Heather Fleshman and Christy Kiser; his nieces, Jessica Lawson (Jeremy Lawson) of Stuarts Draft and Kathryn Swartz of Waynesboro; and also Sienna Creel of Waynesboro.
