With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bill Looney of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bill left this world on March 4, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bill touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnie C. Looney and Gladis Lorene Looney (Moon). He is survived by: his wife Jan Speare; his children, Jennifer Doyle (Chris), Suzanne Stephens and Kelley Swendrowski (Kyle); his grandchildren, Bradley Brown and Kayle Swendrowski; and his brother Wayne Looney of Charleston, AR.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (18 Sophia Grace Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939).
