He is survived by: his daughter Ariel; his son-in-law James Craft of Covington; his son Hunter Booker (Morgan Milligan) of Stuart; his girlfriend Tammy Harley of Eden, NC; his siblings, Terry Booker of Jarrett and Robin; his brother-in-law Terry Amos of Stuart; his nieces, Alexandra Booker and Kristy A. Hughes (Brandon); his nephew Adalee; and his cousin Angel Tolbert.
