She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Willis Marshall and Agnes Lena Foley Marshall; and her sister Peggy Marshall Foley. She is survived by: her niece Kathy Hutchens (Rick) of Ridgeway, Virginia; her nephew Dan Joyce (Al Davis); her great-nephew Joshua Whitlow (Lori); her great-niece Katie Whitlow; and also, Austin Whitlow, Jack Dodson and Emma Whitlow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Wanda may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1079C Spruce Street, Martinsville, VA 24112.
