It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul B. Foley of Stuart, Virginia, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Benton Foley and Mary Agnes Ross Foley; and his great grandchild Julie Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lynch Foley; his daughters, Portland Joyce Shelton (David) of Bassett and Debby Joyce Jones (Ricky) of Bassett; his grandchildren, Amber Fizzano, Sarah Martin (Tommy) and Taylor Shelton (Brad); his great grandchildren, Rocky Fizzano, Joanna Shelton, Rhiannon Martin, Josie Shelton and Jack Shelton; his sister Sue Kodenski (Mike) of Bassett; and his niece Laura Jones.
