She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Licious (Lish) and Elizabeth Faye Venable Samuel; her grandparents, Carl and Thelma Venable; and her mother-in-law Cherie Acker.
She is survived by: her husband Dana Acker; her children, Ashley Eades (Ty), Justin Horn (Michelle) and J. W. Acker (Alicia); her grandchildren, Jay, Evey Sam Eades, Anthony, Andrew and Jackson Horn; her siblings, Mickey Samuel (Susan), Mark Samuel and Ann Brintle; her sister-in-law Kat Cooke (Joe); and her pets, Rowdy and Dolly.
Instead of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to Mount Carmel Baptist Church in her name would be appreciated.
