He was predeceased by: his father Franklin D. R. Martin; and his grandparents, Andy, Gladys Martin, Hilary and Lena Terry Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Christopher Martin and Christina Martin Cahoon; his grandchildren, Addison Tuggle and Dominic Cahoon; his mother Mary Hilda Hughes Martin; his brothers, David Franklin Martin (Deb) and Scott Andrew Martin; and his aunts, Linda Hylton, Frances Hopkins, Ruby Martin and Polly Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
